Steve has been representing tenants on an exclusive basis since 1987.  Throughout his career, he has completed transactions valued at over seven billion dollars.  For multiple years, Steve was one of the top producers nationally for the Trammell Crow Company, and the top producer in Chicago.  After being a principal with Trammell Crow for many years, Steve realized how big of a conflict of interest the national real estate firms have in the marketplace.  In 1998, Steve left Trammell Crow to start Gibraltar, a full service, conflict-free real estate advisory firm strictly dedicated to representing tenants.  Because Gibraltar does not represent landlords, or manage properties, Steve is able to avoid any potential for conflicts when representing his clients both locally and throughout the U.S.

Bill has been an integral part of CBIZ Gibraltar since the company’s inception in 1998.  As Executive Vice President of the firm, his focus is on exclusively representing clients in the Chicago Metropolitan Area, as well as with servicing national accounts.  Bill’s experience involves all aspects of tenant advisory services including strategic planning, lease restructuring, lease negotiation, site selection, acquisitions, benchmarking, and facility disposition.  Prior to CBIZ Gibraltar, Bill was at the Trammell Crow Company.  Bill has maintained an SIOR designation since 2002, and is a member of the Executives Club of Chicago.

Seamus provides oversight to all CBIZ Gibraltar program management assignments. With over twenty-five (25) years of industry experience, Seamus brings an exceptional understanding of industry trends and market conditions for design/construction related issues. Seamus’ team role is to coordinate all aspects of projects ranging from the architectural design, technology, utilization/efficiency, project budgeting and move management (if applicable). Clients benefit from Seamus’ commitment to excellence, insistence on attention to detail and depth of experience in providing specialist expertise to complex challenges.

Noah has been a key member of the CBIZ Gibraltar team since 1998. Noah serves as Senior Vice President of the firm, which also includes oversight of all marketing and technology efforts for the company. Over his career, Noah has assisted a diverse group of clients, both local and national, in determining their optimal space needs. He has consulted companies in all industries, which includes assignments for office, medical, flex and industrial users of space. Noah’s diligence, persistence and creative approach has helped his clients achieve their real estate goals, while saving significant dollars in occupancy costs. Noah is widely recognized by his peers for his commitment to detail, systematic approach and proficient knowledge of industry space trends.

An avid Wisconsin sports fan, Noah lives in the northwest suburbs of Chicago with his wife and three daughters. He is also an active board member of K.I.D.S.S. for Kids, Inc., a non-profit fundraising organization affiliated with Lurie Children’s Hospital of Chicago.

Eric has been an essential part of the team since he joined CBIZ Gibraltar in 2006.  As Senior Vice President of the firm, Eric is responsible for developing and implementing unique real estate solutions that address current space demands while exceeding the long-term business goals of his clientele.  Focused on leveraging Gibraltar’s local platform alongside a myriad of regional and national requirements, Eric skillfully provides executive real estate strategy, market/financial analyses and comprehensive lease negotiations to best suit his clients’ business needs and objectives.  Eric’s experience involves all aspects of tenant advisory services including strategic planning, lease restructuring, lease negotiation, site selection, acquisitions, benchmarking, and facility disposition.

Ben has been with the CBIZ Gibraltar team since 2006, and serves as Senior Vice President.  Ben specializes in exclusive tenant representation where he provides tenant services such as lease negotiations, lease restructuring, relocation of office space and advisory services. He continues to make major contributions to the company’s growth due to his ability as an expert deal analyst, creative strategist and is a detailed negotiator on behalf of tenants. As a result he is a well-respected broker in the commercial real estate community.

Brandon joined CBIZ Gibraltar in 2022 and has been in the real estate industry since 2019. As a member of Gibraltar, Brandon focuses on new business development, market research, financial modeling and existing client support. His experience within the industry provides him the knowledge and understanding of many levels of real estate, thereby making him a valuable asset to both his clients and the Gibraltar team.

Sam is new to CBIZ Gibraltar, but has been in the sales and business sector for 2 years. His responsibilities include new business development, market analysis, site selection, financial and non-financial analysis and lease administration. Sam will be a key team member and assist on a multitude of projects for the firm.

Maggie joined the CBIZ Gibraltar team in 2022. She concentrates on new business development, market research and assisting on client projects. She provides support and insight on economic analysis, market data and client communication. Her detailed and aggressive approach to managing existing projects, as well as a focus on new client relationships, is vital to assisting the Gibraltar team on both a local and national level.

Natalia joined Gibraltar in 2018 and currently serves as Vice President of Client Services. With significant experience in both marketing and client support, Natalia has a vast understanding of the connections between strategy, concept and communication, thereby providing Gibraltar’s clients with the best in class services.

Further, Natalia plans, manages and implements several marketing initiatives for the firm, ensuring that Gibraltar’s message is consistent with the company’s overall marketing and public relations efforts.

Ruth has been an integral part of CBIZ for almost 30 years. As controller of CBIZ Gibraltar, Ruth overseas all accounting-related activities, including preparation of the operating budgets & financial reporting. Further, she assists in maintaining the annual budget & works closely with the team to collect, analyze & consolidate its financial data throughout the year.

Jim is a Director at CBIZ has been in the accounting field for over 30 years. He is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) licensed in both Illinois and Indiana. His experience in public accounting has primarily focused on auditing, financial reporting, evaluations of internal control systems and attest services.

Larry is a director at CBIZ and also oversees all information technology initiatives at the firm. With over forty-five (45) years of experience, Larry brings a wealth of knowledge & strategic support to all of CBIZ Gibraltar’s technology & telecommunications needs. He provides thoughtful recommendations & ongoing support of all software, hardware & other IT infrastructure initiatives for the group.

Christian provides information technology support and guidance to the CBIZ Gibraltar team. With over fifteen (15) years of industry-wide experience, Christian brings a wealth of problem solving skills in a wide range of technology capacities. He provides creative solutions and ongoing support of all software, hardware and other IT infrastructure initiatives for the team.

Bonnie oversees office administration at CBIZ Gibraltar. She has worked in the administrative field for over 25 years. Bonnie handles day-to-day office administrative duties and frequently facilitates communication with vendors and consultants of the firm. She also ensures the team has the necessary tools and equipment needed to operate at its best. Further, Bonnie helps coordinate firm activities and meetings with vendors and clients, when needed. Bonnie is an extremely valuable asset to the team’s success.
